God is still calling men to shepherd His church. 

Whether that call comes to a young man working toward full time pastoral ministry, a professional interested in bi-vocational ministry, or a man later in life who desires to use his gifts in service to Christ, every calling has to begin somewhere. Our Assistant Pastor Program is designed to provide that opportunity—a place to serve, to grow, to be mentored, and to discover what faithful

pastoral ministry looks like in the life of a local church.
